I much rather use Smilebox for my updates. I can't seem to get this posting to work right. I only have one photo to show for our house though, so I will just see if I can get it to post correctly. We are doing well. We only have one more basketball game left! Then I will get new windows ad maybe it won't cost me 5 tons of pellets every winter. Matt just finished this chandelier for our kitchen island. It looks great. Everyone thinks we bought it! I did find the design online, but didn't want to pay $2000 for it. It is so great to have such a wonderful guy around to make our home look awesome. Put July 18th on your calendars! That will be the annual Atomic Day/Nelson BBQ Fun Run and picnic. We hope to see all of you there. I will send around formal invitations, but I know your calendars fill up fast! Love to all of you! Matt and Steph

Family Fun

Well, it's time to update.
We have been busy, busy, busy with the start of school. We are already getting ready for the new quarter. We decided to take on concessions for the sporting events this year. The extra moola is nice, but our time may be more valuable. We may have to rethink things next year.
We were able to find some time to go camping and hiking this summer. Mom and I even squeezed in a 5k run for Atomic Days.
We had a tree fall over in our yard last winter so our neighbor came and took the front tree down this summer. He wanted the wood for his floors. We are glad we won't have to worry about that falling onto our house this year. Now Matt will have to create a cool sculpture for our empty spot. I guess you never know what will be happening at the Nelson house!
We are still working on our remodeling projects. We now have the guest bathroom ready for anyone who wants to visit (hint, hint). We now get to plow into windows for the winter and Matt's jewelry room. We plan to start outdside next spring.
Matt always has his projects. The newest addition is a Honda motorcycle that he is turning into a cafe racer. The Harley is getting a facelift as well. Now we just hope they run as good as they will look!

Always busy and always on the run. We'll catch ya later!

Oh What do we do in the Summer!
Matt Nelson family here.
We have been so busy with summer house remodel and school starting up again. We didn't even get to play on the water.
We did go camping and introduced Stephanie's mom to the great outdoors. What an adventure that was!
Now we are back in school and going full force. Stephanie has started her Masters Degree and Matt is enjoying his many endorsements. He now teaches an English class along with his Welding.
We are looking forward to Christmas break when we get to spend Christmas skiing! What fun. We had so much fun last year, we had to do it again.
